Gata si reteta mult asteptata. Dupa ce am facut acest cheesecake cu rodie de mai multe ori si dupa ce au gustat din el prieteni,colegi, familie, am primit nenumarate cereri de reteta. Nu e cu mult diferit de celelalte cheesecake-uri pe care le-am facut in ultimul timp, dar pentru ca nu am mai scris deloc pe blog :(, trebuie sa spun ca am testat mai multe combinatii pentru crema: mascarpone, ricotta, crema de branza. Se poate folosi un singur tip din cele mentionate sau combinatii, cantitatea rezultata sa fie de 500 grame. Nu stiu daca am mai zis dar cu aceste tipuri de branza, crema are alta consistenta si gust, mai bune, spun eu.<br />

Pentru blat am amestecat untul cu zaharul, am adaugat faina, am amestecat bine si la sfarsit am adaugat oul pentru omogenizare. La mine a fost nevoie si de putina apa rece pentru ca aluatul sa se lege bine. Daca nu este nevoie, puteti sa nu adaugati apa.</div>

Pentru crema, am amestecat bine galbenusurile cu zaharul pana cand am obtinut o pasta spumoasa si zaharul s-a topit. Dupa, am incorporat si branza mascarpone, folosind mixerul si am bagat crema in frigider.</div>

Am tapetat formele mici de tarte, am impartit aluatul si am bagat la cuptor. Am copt in orb cam 10 minute, dupa care am inlaturat hartia de copt cu boabele de fasole :) si am mai lasat la cuptor pentru 15-20 minute. Am scos apoi formele din cuptor, le-am lasat la racit si am scos cu atentie aluatul din formele de tarta.</div>

Am intepat aluatul cu furculita. Am copt cu boabele de fasole din dotare cam 15 minute si apoi inca aproximativ 10 minute fara boabe, la foc mic.</span><br />

Pentru crema de vanilie, am pusinitial laptele la incalzit. Separat am mixat galbenusurile cu zaharul pana am obtinut o compozitie cremoasa. Am adaugat faina si esenta de vanilie si am amestecat bine.</div>

Am zis ca am tot facut tarte sarate in ultimul timp. Ma pregatesc insa si pentru unele dulci. Insa, pentru ca socrii mei au afumat macrou (deliciosssss) si imi era pofta de un preparat cu peste afumat, a iesit in cele din urma aceasta tarta. Spun in cele din urma pentru ca initial ma gandisem la o salata cu peste si cartofi :).<br />

Ingrediente <b>tarta cu peste afumat si cartofi</b>:<br />

Aluat tarta:<br />
- 250 gr faina<br />
- 125 gr unt<br />
- 1 ou<br />
- 2-3 linguri de apa (daca este nevoie)<br />
- un praf de sare<br />
<br />
Umplutura:<br />
- 6 cartofi potriviti ca marime<br />
- 1 ceapa mare<br />
- 1 peste afumat (macrou)<br />
- 2 oua<br />
- 2 linguri faina<br />
- 50 gr unt<br />
- sare si piper<br />
- cateva seminte crude de floarea soarelui (nu e obligatoriu)<br />

Am amestecat faina cu untul cubulete. Am pus un praf de sare si am adaugat si oul pentru a se inchega aluatul. La mine nu a fost nevoie dar daca aluatul nu se aduna, puteti adauga si 2-3 linguri de apa. Am pus in folie alimentara si am bagat la frigider pana am pregatit umplutura de tarta.<br />
Cartofii curatati i-am taiat in rondele. Ceapa am taiat-o solzisori si am pus-o la calit in putin ulei. Dupa ce a inceput sa se inmoaie, am adaugat cartofii si putina apa. Am acoperit cu capac si am lasat la foc mic 7 minute.<br />
Separat am topit untul si am adaugat cele doua linguri de faina. Am amestecat bine si am adaugat apoi laptele, putin cate putin. Am pus un pic de sare si piper. Am lasat la foc mic pana crema s-a ingrosat, amestecand continuu. Am lasat la racit un pic si apoi am incorporat un ou batut.<br />
Am intins aluatul si l-am pus intr-o forma de tarta. L-am intepat din loc in loc.<br />
Am adaugat crema si apoi pestele afumat rupt in bucatele.<br />

Am pus peste si ceapa si cartofii. Am uns cu celalat ou batut si am bagat in cuptorul incalzit.<br />

Am lasat aproximativ 45-50 minute la foc mic pana s-a rumenit frumos deasupra. Inainte cu 5 minute de a scoate tarta am presarat si cateva seminte de floarea soarelui.<br />

Cred ca s-a observat ca am o mica obsesie cu tartele. In ultimul timp tartele sarate au inceput sa concureze cu cele dulci. Tarta cu mozzarella si rosii este super simplu de facut mai ales daca trisezi si cumperi aluat de foitaj de la supermarket :).</div>

Intre timp am taiat rosiile in bucatele mici si le-am pus pe foc cu putin ulei. Am adaugat si oregano, sare si piper. Am lasat cateva minute. Dupa ce am luat de pe foc, am adaugat si usturoiul frecat cu un pic de ulei de masline. Am taiat si mozzarella bucatele mici.</div>

Am pus rosiile peste aluat si am presarat si mozzarella. Am adaugat busuioc si am mai bagat la cuptor pentru cateva minute pana cand mozzarella s-a topit.</div>

- 4 pachete mici de biscuiti Oreo (66gr/pachet)<br />
- 100 gr unt<br />
- 250 gr crema de branza Philadelphia (sau alta marca)<br />
- 250 gr mascarpone<br />
- 300 gr smantana grasa<br />
- 180 gr zahar<br />
- 4 oua<br />
- vanilie<br />
- 100 gr ciocolata dulce<br />

Am sfaramat biscuitii bine (folosesc robotul), eu i-am lasat cu tot cu crema, daca vrei, o poti indeparta. Am topit untul si l-am amestecat cu biscuitii. Daca indepartezi crema de la Oreo, pune 25 grame de unt in plus ;).<br />
Am pus compozitia intr-o forma rotunda cu peretii mai inalti. Am bagat forma in frigider pana am prearat crema pentru cheesecake.<br />
Pentru crema, am amestecat cu mixerul cele doua tipuri de branza, mascarpone si Philadelphia, am adaugat smantana, ouale si vanilia si am mixat bine pana cand am obtinut o compozitie omogena.<br />
Am pus peste blatul de biscuiti Oreo crema de branza obtinuta.<br />
Am bagat forma la cuptorul incalzit pentru aproximativ 45 minute - o ora. Suprafata se va intari un pic si marginile vor capata o usoara tenta de auriu.<br />
Iti recomand sa lasi cheesecake-ul sa se raceasca in cuptor (intredeschide un pic usa cuptorului) pentru a nu se lasa si a nu se crapa la suprafata. <br />
Cred ca cheesecake-ul din care ai gustat si tu era cu crema de ciocolata si alune de padure. Asadar pentru crema de deasupra, am rupt ciocolata bucatele si am pus-o intr-o cana, am adaugat un pic de lapte (poate sa fie si un pic de apa in loc de lapte) si am bagat-o 30 secunde la microunde. Daca nu s-a topit astfel incat sa o poti amesteca, mai baga cana un pic la microunde cateva secunde. Sa ai grija cu ciocolata ca se arde usor la microunde asa ca mai bine o verifici. Daca nu vrei sa o topesti la microunde, o poti pune pe aragaz la bain marie. Daca vrei mai multa crema, poti pune mai multa ciocolata. Pune-o deasupra cheesecake-ului si marunteste niste alune de padure (eu am folosit prajite, fara coaja) si adauga peste. Pe margini am pus si niste fulgi de migdale, se poate si fara, doar cu alunele.<br />
Din pacate nu gasesc nicio poza acum, dar te poti inspira din pozele celorlate retete de cheesecake de pe blog.<br />

O combinatie fericita de paste, branza si nuci. De obicei, mancam pastele cu nuci in varianta dulce, dar nici varianta sarata nu e mai prejos.<br />

Am dat prin razatoarea mare branza cheddar. Am batut ouale bine, am adaugat smantana, trei sferturi din branza cheddar, aproape toate nucile si sare si piper. Am amestecat bine.<br />
Intr-un vas termorezistent uns cu un pic de unt am pus pastele, am adaugat sosul si am amestecat.<br />

Un desert inedit si deloc greu sau gretos este acesta cu orez si fructe. Sa fiu sincera este vorba de un orez cu lapte reinventat :).<br />

Intr-o prima faza am curatat merele de coaja si de seminte si le-am pus intr-o tava pe hartie de copt, am presarat zaharul brun si le-am bagat la cuptor la copt. Le-am lasat pana s-au rumenit frumos.<br />

Intre timp, am pus orezul in blender pana am obtinut o granulatie fina si l-am pus impreuna cu laptele si zaharul la fiert.<br />
Dupa ce s-a fiert, am adaugat mierea si am amestecat bine. Am lasat la racit.<br />
Am taiat banana rondele, iar para, am curatat-o de coaja si am taiat-o feliute. Intr-un vas (puteti folosi cupe, mai ales daca aveti musafiri) am pus un strat de orez, apoi mere coapte si feliute de para si banana, apoi alt strat de orez, urmat de banane, feliute de para si mere coapte.<br />

Am preparat acest broccoli la cuptor pentru a-l servi ca si garnitura, insa, este destul de consistent si poate fi mancat si asa. Nu pot spune ca sunt cel mai mare fan broccoli, insa, imi place si de aceea, in ultimul timp, am pus si cateva buchetele in piureul clasic de cartofi.<br />

Initial, am taiat ceapa marunt si am pus-o la calit in putin ulei pana s-a inmuiat. Am taiat cartoii fierti in cubulete mici si i-am adaugat in tigaie peste ceapa.I-am rumenit un pic.<br />

Buchetelele de broccoli au fost puse in apa fiarta cu sare si lasate pe foc cca 5 minute. Dupa, le-am strecurat si le-am adaugat intr-un vas de yena tapetat cu unt si faina.Am adaugat si ceapa si cartofii si am amestecat usor. Am pus si amestecul de branza si oua , am presarat restul de cascaval deasupra si am bagat la cuptor.</div>

Ma laudam aici (<a href="http://siblondelegatesc.blogspot.ro/2012/11/cheesecake.html" target="_blank">cheesecake</a>) cu o reteta reusita. Da asa este, de aceea am mai repetat-o si in alte combinatii. Intre timp, am testat una, spun eu, mai reusita, dar despre asta intr-o alta postare.<br />

Ingrediente <b>cheesecake cu ciocolata si coacaze</b>:<br />

- 200 gr biscuiti<br />
- 100 gr unt<br />
- 500 gr branza dulce proaspata<br />
- 300 gr smantana grasa<br />
- 180 gr zahar<br />
- 4 oua<br />
- vanilie<br />
- 150 gr coacaze (ale mele au fost congelate)<br />
- 100 gr ciocolata dulce (sau amaruie)<br />
- putin lapte<br />
<br />
Am
sfaramat biscuitii bine si i-am amestecat cu untul topit. Am pus
compozitia intr-o forma cu peretii detasabili. Am bagat tava in frigider pana am
prearat crema pentru cheesecake.<br />
Pentru crema de branza, am mixat
branza cu zaharul, smantana, ouale si vanilia pentru cateva
minute pana am obtinut o compozitie omogena.<br />
Am pus peste blatul de biscuiti coacazele si am turnat apoi crema de branza. Sincer, cred ca mai bine era sa amestec si coacazele in crema pentru ca, punandu-le pe baltul de biscuiti direct, mi s-a parut ca l-au inmuiat putin.<br />
Am bagat forma la cuptorul incins pentru aproximativ 45 minute - o ora.
Suprafata se va intari un pic si marginile vor capata o usoara tenta de
auriu.<br />

Am lasat cheesecake-ul sa se raceasca in cuptor (astfel evitati craparea suprafetei). Am pregatit si o "crema" (am pus ghilimele pentru ca nu este chiar o crema), adica am taiat ciocolata cubulete, i-am pus putin lapte cald si am topit-o la baim marie.<br />
Dupa ce cheesecake-ul s-a racit, am pus
deasupra toppingul de ciocolata.<br />

Tarta cu ananas si capsuni am facut-o cand au venit viitorii mei socri in vizita. Si pentru ca voiam sa fac ceva rapid si cum cu tartele astea ma descurc foarte bine, asta a fost decizia finala :).<br />

Pentru blat, se
amesteca zaharul cu untul si cu ouale. Se adauga faina si praful de copt
si se amesteca. Se pune peste laptele, lingura cu lingura si se
amesteca. Se unge cu ulei o forma de tarta si se tapeteaza cu faina. Se
pune
aluatul in forma si se baga la cuptorul incalzit in prealabil. Se lasa
la cuptor pana cand se trece cu bine testul scobitoarei.</div>

Pentru crema de vanilie, se scot semintele din pastaia de vanilie, se pun in lapte si se pune laptele la incalzit.
Separat se mixeaza galbenusurile cu zaharul pana se obtine o
compozitie cremoasa. Se adauga amidonul alimentar si se amesteca bine.</div>
Se
pune compozitia aceasta intr-o oala si se toarna treptat laptele cald.
Se pune pe foc mic si se amesteca continuu pana cand crema s-a ingrosat.
Se lasa sa se raceasca. Dupa ce s-a racit crema, am adaugat-o peste blat. Am ornat frumos cu feliutele de ananas si capsuni.<br />

Asa cum spuneam intr-o postare anterioara <a href="http://siblondelegatesc.blogspot.ro/2012/11/cheesecake.html" target="_blank">aici</a>, aveam de gand sa fac si un cheesecake cu migdale si caramel. Normal ca l-am facut, respectand aceeasi reteta. A iesit foarte bun, mai ales ca sosul de caramel l-am facut eu. M-am chinuit un pic recunosc, fiind pentru prima oara si nestiind exact la ce sa ma astept, dar am reusit pana la urma si a iesit chiar bine. Am facut si o cantitate mai mare, din pacate nu am facut poze, ulterior mi-am dat seama, dar data viitoare nu voi mai uita.<br />

- 200 gr biscuiti<br />
- 100 gr unt<br />
- 500 gr branza dulce proaspata<br />
- 300 gr smantana grasa<br />
- 180 gr zahar<br />
- 4 oua<br />
- vanilie<br />
- fulgi de migdale<br />
- caramel<br />
<br />
Am
sfaramat biscuitii bine si i-am amestecat cu untul topit. Am pus
compozitia intr-o forma cu peretii detasabili. Am bagat tava in frigider pana am
prearat crema pentru cheesecake.<br />
Pentru crema de branza, am mixat
branza cu zaharul, smantana, ouale si vanilia pentru cateva
minute pana am obtinut o compozitie omogena.<br />
Am pus peste blatul
de biscuiti crema de branza si am bagat forma la cuptorul incins pentru aproximativ 45 minute - o ora.<br />
Dupa ce am inchis focul, am deschis putin usa cuptorului, lasand cheesecake-ul sa se raceasca in cuptor. Dupa ce s-a racit, am pus deasupra sos de caramel din belsug si am presarat fulgi de migdale.<br />

Pentru ca in curand va fi Craciunul si vom manca specialitati, in principal din carne de porc, m-am gandit sa mai profit de zilele astea si sa mananc si alte specialitati :), cum e acest chec cu ton. E foarte simplu de facut si poate fi servit si cald si rece, mie mi s-a parut mai bun rece.<br />

Ingrediente <b>chec cu ton</b>:<br />

- 2 conserve de ton in ulei<br />
- 100 gr cascaval ras<br />
- 5 oua<br />
- 85 ml iaurt<br />
- 1 ardei gras rosu <br />
- 1 plic praf de copt<br />
- 2 catei de usturoi<br />
- piper, sare<br />

Se amesteca faina cu praful de copt, cu sare si piper dupa gust. Se mixeaza bine ouale pana capata volum si se adauga apoi cascavalul ras si amestecul de faina. Se amesteca bine. Se curata ardeiul, se taie bucatele si se incorporeaza in aluat. Se zdrobesc cateii de usturoi, se amesteca in iaurt si se pune apoi amestecul peste aluatul obtinut si se omogenizeaza. Se adauga si tonul cu tot cu uleiul din conserva si se amesteca bine.<br />

Pentru ca m-am laudat de multe ori colegilor de la job cu preparatele mele, am decis ca de ziua mea sa le aduc doua deserturi pregatite de mine. Alegerea a mers catre o tarta cu kiwi si crema de vanilie si un cheesecake cu caramel si migdale. Despre chessecake, intr-o noua postare, acum este vorba despre tarta cu kiwi.<br />
Nu am facut niciun experiment de blat, am folosit reteta cu blatul pufos pe care am mai facut-o de multe ori :). Asadar....<br />

Pentru blat, se amesteca zaharul cu untul si cu ouale. Se adauga faina si praful de copt si se amesteca. Se pune peste laptele, lingura cu lingura si se amesteca. Se unge cu ulei o forma de tarta si se tapeteaza cu faina. Se pune
aluatul in forma si se baga la cuptorul incalzit in prealabil. Se lasa la cuptor pana cand se trece cu bine testul scobitoarei.</div>

Pentru crema de vanilie, se pune plicul de zahar vanilat in lapte si se pune laptele la incalzit.
Separat se mixeaza galbenusurile cu zaharul pana se obtine o
compozitie cremoasa. Se adauga faina si se amesteca bine.</div>
Se
pune compozitia aceasta intr-o oala si se toarna treptat laptele cald.
Se pune pe foc mic si se amesteca continuu pana cand crema s-a ingrosat.

Am facut mai multe feluri de cheesecake dar asta mi s-a parut de departe reteta de baza cea mai reusita. Si combinatia cu dulceata de visine facuta de mami a fost foarte buna, dar toppingul poate varia.<br />

- 500 gr branza dulce proaspata<br />
- 300 gr smantana grasa<br />
- 180 gr zahar<br />

- vanilie<br />

- dulceata de visine preparata in casa<br />

Am sfaramat biscuitii bine si i-am amestecat cu untul topit. Am pus compozitia intr-o forma cu peretii detasabili si am presat cu degetele ca sa se intinda uniform, inclusiv si pe pereti. Am dat la rece pana am prearat crema pentru cheesecake.<br />
Pentru crema de branza, am mixat branza cu zaharul, smantana, ouale si vanilia pentru cateva minute pana am obtinut o compozitie omogena.<br />
Am turnat crema de branza peste blatul de biscuiti.<br />

Am bagat forma la cuptorul incins pentru aproximativ 45 minute - o ora. Suprafata se va intari un pic si marginile vor capata o usoara tenta de auriu.</div>

Nu stiu daca imi aduc bine aminte si daca asta este prima tarta sarata pe care am facut-o. Oricum nu are o prea mare importanta, ce este important cu adevarat este ca aceasta tarta cu ciuperci este delicioasa.<br />

Ingrediente <b>tarta cu ciuperci</b>:<br />

- 200 gr faina<br />
- 100 gr unt<br />
- 3-4 linguri lapte<br />
- un praf de sare<br />
- 300 gr ciuperci proaspete<br />
- 100 gr cascaval<br />
- 2 oua<br />
- patrunjel<br />
- putin ulei<br />
- sare si piper<br />

Am facut intai aluatul de tarta. Am amestecat faina cu untul moale, sarea si laptele rece, am framantat cu varful degetelor, dupa care am invelit aluatul obtinut intr-o folie de plastic si l-am bagat la frigider.<br />
M-am ocupat apoi de umplutura. Am spalat bine ciupercile si le-am taiat fasiute. Le-am pus intr-o tigaie cu putin ulei la calit si le-am lasat pana cand zeama lasata a disparut complet.<br />
Am dat cascavalul prin razatoarea cu ochiuri mari, am batut ouale si am taiat patrunjelul marunt. Le-am amestecat bine.<br />
Am scos apoi aluatul de la frigider, dupa 30 de minute, l-am intins intr-o forma de tarta tapetata cu faina.<br />

Am pus deasupra amestecul de cascaval, oua si patrunjel si apoi am presarat ciupercile. Am pus sare si piper si am bagat tava in cuptorul incins.<br />

Usturoiul zdrobit l-am calit (atentie sa nu se arda) in putin ulei de masline. Am turnat apoi smantana, am lasat-o sa ajunga la punctul de fierbere si am pus si branza feta maruntita si cascavalul ras.</div>

Intre timp, se pun pastele la fiert, dupa timpul indicat de fierbere, in functie de paste, se scurg bine si se calesc cu tonul in putin unt incins. Se lasa putin pe foc, se transfera intr-un vas termorezistent si se adauga compozitia de smantana si branzeturi. Se amesteca usor.</div>

Reteta de boeuf bourguignon am pregatit-o cand afara era muuuult mai frig. Dar pentru ca acum am facut curatenie prin pozele din calculator, am mai descoperit destule poze de la preparate pe care nu le-am publicat. Asa ca m-am pus pe treaba.<br />

Am spalat carnea bine si am taiat-o bucati. Am pus putin ulei intr-o tigaie si am rumenit-o bine pe toate partile la foc mare cca 5 minute. Am pus carnea intr-o cratita maricica pentru ca aici am adaugat ulterior si celelalte ingrediente.<br />
In acceasi tigaie in care am rumenit cartea de vita, am pus costita taiata fasiute, am perpelit-o putin, dupa care, am adaugat putin ulei, ceapa tocata marunt, usturoiul taiat si foile de dafin.Am lasat pe foc cateva minute.<br />

Dupa, am rasturnat compozitia peste carne de vita din cratita, am pus si ciupercile taiate cubulete, vinul, bulionul, mustarul si foarte putina apa. Am pus si niste piper, sare, eu nu am pus pentru ca era costita sarata deja. <br />

Imi plac ficateii de pui in mai multe combinatii si de multe ori mi s-a intamplat sa mananc cu asa o pofta, incat, dupa, a trebuit sa iau o pauza de la a consuma ficatei. Aperitivul acesta a iesit foarte bine si nu mi-a generat nici nevoia de pauza.<br />

Ficateii de pui i-am spalat bine in apa rece si apoi i-am pus la fiert in apa cu putina sare. Orezul, l-am fiert separat, dar doar pe jumatate. Feliile de paine, le-am inmuiat in apa si le-am stors bine.<br />
Am taiat marunt ceapa si usturoiul si le-am amestecat cu ficateii maruntiti bine, cu orezul si cu painea, maruntita si ea bine cu furculita. Am adaugat ouale batute, patrunjelul tocat marunt si sare si piper.<br />

Am pus si taiteii cu ou la fiert pentru garnitura, clatindu-i dupa sub jet de apa rece. Am pus pe farfurie un pat de taitei cu ou si cateva ciocanele deasupra si am servit cald.<br />

Daca nu va place piureul de cartofi simplu, poate ar trebui sa il incercati pe cel cu branza de capra, mie mi s-a parut delicios. Este un piure aromatizat, gratinat un pic la cuptor.</div>

- 4 cartofi mari</div>

- 150 ml lapte</div>

- 150 gr branza de capra</div>

- 2-3 cubulete de unt</div>
<div class="" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
- 2 foi de dafin</div>
<div class="" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
- 2 catei de usturoi</div>

- saresi piper</div>

Am pus cartofii curatati si taiati bucatele cu foile de dafin la fiert. Am lasat pana s-au patruns. Intre timp, am pus laptele pe foc la incalzit si am adaugat cateii de usturoi zdrobiti, putina sare si piper. Cand aproape a dat in fiert, am oprit focul si am acoperit pentru cca 5 minute.<br />
Am zdrobit cartofii, am adaugat laptele aromatizat si am amestecat ca pentru un piure normal. Am dat branza de capra prin razatoare si am adaugat-o in piure, pastrand putina pentru a presara deasupra.<br />
Am transferat totul intr-un vas termorezistent, am presarat branza pe deasupra si din loc in loc cubuletele cu unt.<br />

Daca vreti un desert simplu, rapid si delicios pe care sa il serviti vara cu o cupa de inghetata de vanilie si iarna cu un pahar de lapte cald, atunci ati gasit reteta potrivita. Este vorba de un desert cu sos de caramel, de fapt, un fel de budinca facuta din croissante cu unt caramelizate.<br />

Se adauga frisca lichida si laptele si se amesteca un minut pe foc. Dupa ce se ia compozitia de pe foc, se adauga ouale si se pune intregul sos peste croissantele din vas. <br />

Am luat cu lingura din compozitia bine amestecata si am prajit in uleiul bine incins, pe ambele parti. Am scos chiftelutele de dovlecei pe servetele pentru a inlatura uleiul in exces. <br />

- 600 gr muschi de porc<br />- 20 ciuperci de lemn deshidratate<br />- 500 gr ciuperci champignon<br />- 4 catei de usturoi<br />- 4 linguri de ulei de floarea soarelui<br />- 4 linguri de vin alb sec<br />- 3 linguri sos de soia<br />- 3 linguri sos de stridii<br />- 2 lingurite de zahar brun<br />- 1 ardei iute <br />- sare si piper<br /><br />Am
spalat bine muschiul de porc si l-am taiat fasiute. L-am pus la marinat
in 3 linguri de sos de soia, 3 linguri de sos de stridii, piper, 4
linguri de vin alb si 2 lingurite de zahar brun. Am lasat peste noapte
la marinat (il puteti lasa si mai putin, dar cu cat sta mai mult, cu
atat este mai bine).<br />
Am pus 2 linguri din uleiul de floarea soarelui in wok si dupa ce s-a
incins, am adaugat usturoiul si ardeiul iute. Le-am amestecat
putin pe foc, cat sa-si lase aromele. <br />

Am amestecat de cateva ori si am adaugat ciupercile urechi de lemn pe care le rehidratasem in prealabil in apa calda si le si taiasem ca erau cam mari. Am mai amestecat, la fel, de cateva ori.<br />
